Northern Star Mortgage Fund was lunched in 2016 to invest in residential real estate loans and to provide liquidity to individuals and companies. Our goal is to provide superior pricing, expedited due diligence and certainty of closing. We purchase performing and non-preforming loans, including (but not limited to) scratch and dent, seller financed, contract for deed, and private money loans. We will buy a single loan from a private seller or a multi-million dollar portfolio from an institutional client.

Founder
Richard Mason
Richard Mason is a seasoned entrepreneur, who has developed and led multiple companies in the finance and real estate arena for over twenty years. Since launching Northern Star Mtg Fund in 2016, Richard’s main focus has been trading and investing in residential mortgage portfolios. Prior to Northern Star, Richard was the founder of two successful mortgage origination platforms. Recently, Richard launched a new company, Revolution Mortgage, which is transforming residential mortgage lending.
